Houseboat Policy
- Check-In 2:00 PM date of arrival
- Check-Out 9:00 AM date of departure
- $100 per hour late fee
- Half of rental rate to be paid at time of reservation.
- Full payment must be made, a rental agreement signed, and operating instructions given before departure.
- A separate boat and motor must accompany all houseboats. Rental units will be available. If you are not bringing your own boat, you must reserve the separate boat and motor when reserving your houseboat.
- Houseboats and rental boats must be tied up before sundown. Departure from the dock must be at least 1.5 hours before sundown.
- No Pets.
- Cancellations must be received 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund less $100 processing fee.
- No refunds for bad weather, late arrivals, early departures, or breakdowns
