Mitchell Creek Marina proudly introduces Certified Executive Chef Michael Royse. Michael will be in charge of the food service department at Mitchell Creek Marina. He is a graduate of the American Culinary Arts Institute in Providence, Rhode Island with 35 years in food service experience ranging from health care to catering at the need of the public.
All of his original recipes, including Caribbean Chicken , Charbroiled Rib-eyes, and fresh fish will be available. Enjoy Friday & Saturday nights with Chef Royse and his seafood buffet during special dates this season!
