Mitchell Creek Marina Patrons,

During this time of uncertainty, while communities everywhere are reeling from the impacts of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we extend our deepest gratitude to our beloved patrons, visitors and staff who have trusted us and supported our Marina in the past and will undoubtedly continue to support us in the future.

Your comfort, wellbeing, and safety are of paramount importance to us. We are committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment for our guests. We are monitoring the continuously changing situation and, as of now, we will continue to welcome overnight guests with accommodations in our cabins & houseboats. We are adhering to all of the guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

We wanted to let you know that we are taking the following steps to keep you safe as COVID-19 continues to make its impact across the globe…

  • Increased communication and enhanced operation protocols
  • Mandatory COVID-19 questionnaire completed by all guests prior to arrival. Mitchell Creek Marina reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not complete the questionnaire, does not pass safety guidelines or is exhibiting signs of illness set forth by CDC and WHO
  • Increased frequency & sanitization of heavily-trafficked & high-touch areas, including door handles, handrails, lobby areas & restrooms
  • Hand sanitizer available for use in all common areas
  • In-room amenities such as glassware and mugs are being replaced with pre-packaged disposable alternatives
  • Access to the game room & public recreation areas will be temporarily suspended until April 30th
  • Galley Restaurant and Lake Store will be temporarily suspended until April 30th
  • For guests that wish to cancel, we have added flexibility to our cancellation policy. We will waive cancellation fees on any reservations made before April 30th. All reservations can be changed or canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival

We encourage all marina guests and staff to follow recommended preventative measures to protect themselves and others:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching face with unwashed hands
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick
  • Stay home if you are sick
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and throw away. If you do not have a tissue, cover your cough or sneeze with your elbow and wash your hands.
  • Routinely clean all frequently touched surfaces with a disinfecting cleanser

We will continue to monitor the evolving situation and recommendations provided by government agencies daily and will notify you of any changes to the above-stated policies. For up-to-date health and safety information on the COVID-19, please refer to the following reputable websites:
